First off, let me begin by saying that we finished the case that was posted here previously.  The final photos are now posted in our Smile Gallery.  To say the patient is thrilled would be an understatement! 

The lady you see here came to our office unhappy with her current bridge.  It felt "fat" against her lip because it protruded out further than her natural teeth, looked fake, the color did not match, and did not go all the way to her gumline allowing her tooth to show through.  After discussing treatment options, she decided upon a combination of veeners, an all-porcelain bridge, and soft-tissue recountouring so that her missing tooth would appear to be coming out of her gums just like her real tooth.  We finished this case last week and have posted her pictures in our smile gallery!
